After seeing liz making up some meals I thought what a good idea so these are bag dump meals for slow cooker I made a beef cassrole one last night this morning Tuscan chicken,white chilli chicken and a meatballs in slow cooker now I have teriyaki chicken.
Now there is just myself and my husband I have found if I just carry on cooking the amount I did when the boys were here I always have leftovers and can freeze those in separate portions so some days I don't have to cook but better still we can each choose what we want.
