There we are - twelve days of my life! With loathing in every stitch!
I elected to do the final ball as a crochet border.
It is immense - but also immensely heavy and cosy.
I think I am beginning to forgive it....😊

Oh wow, those 12 days were well worth every minute. Its absolutely gorgeous and wonderful Spring colours. x

for some reason i can't enlarge the picture to see it clearly but it looks great, the edges are so straight, I think it was well worth the time, I quite like crocheting big blankets like that that you can just sit and watch tv and don't have to think about too much, Most the crocheting I do is fiddly amigurumi where I'm always having to count stitches and rows and the pattern changes every row, so it looks right when it's finished, with a big blanket I can relax a bit more.
