An unusual combination, but just had it for pudding, definitely a pudding rather than a cake we had it with evaporated milk. John really enjoyed it , I did to. 😁 I had a few left over oranges and apples so thought I would put them together rather than wasting them, i was very pleased with the outcome. 👏
