I just made the upside down cake, I had a fresh pineapple, so cut it up in to pieces there was so much of it just for the two of us so putting brown sugar on the bottom of the silicone cake mould , I then layered pine apple pieces and glacier cherrie on the sugar, and put my usual sponge cake mix on top, put it in the oven at 170c for 45 minutes. And there you have it. When cooled we had a slice with a dollop of ice cream. Very light and tasty.
